1Eligibility
To open and use a bet 9 account you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds returned minus any winnings generated.
- You must be accessing bet 9 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable to you in your specific location.
- You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person when registering or using a bet 9 account.
- You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of bet 9, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have a previously self-excluded or closed account on bet 9. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these terms.
bet 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
2Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bet 9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same phone number, or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed and funds being forfeited.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet 9 login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at the address listed in Section 14. bet 9 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
Your bet 9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on bet 9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are accepted. The following payment methods are currently supported:
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- NayaPay
- SadaPay
- IBFT bank transfer from a Pakistani bank account
- Visa or Mastercard issued by a Pakistani bank
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. bet 9 does not charge fees on deposits made via any of the supported methods.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit of a matching or greater amount, or to a verified method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within two to four hours during business days. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
bet 9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. We will aim to complete any such checks promptly and will communicate clearly with you about what is needed.
All deposits must come from sources owned by and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party sources will be refused and returned.
4Betting Rules
All bets placed on bet 9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are available within the sportsbook for each event and should be reviewed before placing any bet.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation from bet 9 with a unique reference number. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during the bet placement process, bet 9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your wallet.
bet 9 sets maximum stake and maximum payout limits on individual markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. We reserve the right to limit the stake sizes available to any individual account where we have reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to patterns of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other activities that are contrary to the spirit of fair play.
Abandoned and Postponed Events
If an event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, the minimum threshold is typically five overs per side in a T20 fixture. For football, a minimum of 90 minutes of scheduled play must be completed for bets to stand, unless the specific market outcome has already been determined. Specific thresholds for other sports are set out in the sport-specific rules within the platform.
If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will normally stand. If the rescheduled time exceeds 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Live Betting
Live in-play bets on bet 9 are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets unless otherwise stated in the event's specific terms. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between you placing a bet and the bet being confirmed. bet 9 will not accept bets that were placed after the event outcome being wagered on has already been determined, even if the platform has not yet updated to reflect this. Any such bets will be voided.
5Bonuses and Promotions
bet 9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
- All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or uncleared bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
- bet 9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
- Bets placed at odds below 1.50 decimal may not count towards meeting a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
If you believe a bonus has not been applied to your account correctly, contact our support team with your account details and the name of the promotion. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
6Responsible Gaming
bet 9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that betting should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take seriously our obligation to support players who may be experiencing difficulties.
Every bet 9 account holder has the right to use the following self-management tools at any time through their account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can add to your wallet. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified amount of time has been spent on the platform in a single session.
- Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you will not be able to bet or access promotions.
- Self-exclusion: Request a full exclusion from bet 9 for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. bet 9 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet 9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balances, and potential legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves prior knowledge of corrupted or manipulated sporting outcomes.
- Exploiting technical errors, platform glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic way. Any winnings generated from such exploitation may be voided.
- Arbitrage betting where bet 9 is consistently one leg of a guaranteed profit across multiple platforms, where this is demonstrated to be the primary pattern of use rather than incidental.
- Attempting to launder money or use bet 9 as a vehicle for any other financial crime. bet 9 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Opening or attempting to open a new account after a self-exclusion has been applied to a previous account.
- Providing false information during registration or in response to a verification request.
8Account Suspension and Closure
bet 9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, engagement in prohibited activities, or receipt of a valid legal instruction.
You may close your bet 9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your account, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days.
Where an account is closed by bet 9 due to a breach of these terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation. You will be notified of the grounds for closure and will have the opportunity to raise any questions through our formal dispute process.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the bet 9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bet 9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet 9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of bet 9 content without express written permission — is prohibited.
10Limitation of Liability
The bet 9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable, secure, and accurate service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. We shall not be liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes bet 9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, bet 9's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Betting involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the money you stake. bet 9 is not responsible for your betting decisions and does not provide betting advice. Any tips, previews, or statistical content provided on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to place any specific bet.
11Privacy and Data
bet 9 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
By registering with bet 9, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data. Requests should be directed to our support team.
12Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of bet 9, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the territory from which you access the platform.
bet 9 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within five business days, you may escalate it through our formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from our support team.
13Amendments to These Terms
bet 9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights as a player, we will provide at least seven days' notice before the new terms take effect, communicated via email to your registered address and/or a notice on the platform.
Minor updates — such as corrections to spelling, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or changes required by law — may be made without prior notice. The version currently posted on this page with the most recent update date is always the binding version.
If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should close your account before the new terms come into effect. Continued use of bet 9 after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
